EXPERIENCE
Claudia is an Associate practising in the areas of workplace, industrial relations, corporate and commercial law. Claudia joined Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors in 2017 providing legal support while completing her studies. Based in our Newcastle office, Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Laws with a Diploma of Legal Practice (LLB) (Honours). Claudia was admitted as a solicitor to practice in the New South Wales Supreme Court in February 2021.
Claudia has demonstrated experience in legal research and document drafting, and can assist with a range of employment and industrial issues, corporate advisory, commercial transactions, contracts and estate planning matters. She is known for her attention to detail and her calm, assured manner and problem solving abilities.
