Erina Higgins

Erina is an employment lawyer based in ABLA’s Sydney office.

Her experience includes advising on a broad range of employment law matters, including terminations and other end-of-employment issues, employment contract drafting and reviews, discrimination and sexual harassment matters and workplace investigations. Erina has also assisted clients in responding to work health & safety notices, and applications to vary modern awards. 

Prior to joining ABLA, Erina was a solicitor at a commercial firm, where she primarily advised on employment aspects of M&A transactions and assisted with litigation in the Federal Court concerning racial discrimination and sexual harassment.

Erina enjoys all aspects of employment law and the breadth of the practice at ABLA. Erina holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney (major in Legal Futures and Technology). She was admitted as a solicitor in December 2023.
