Kai Denton

Based in ABLA's Sydney office, Kai is passionate about helping employers navigate workplace and employment law issues. He takes a practical and client-focused approach to his work and is committed to delivering clear, commercially minded advice.

Since joining ABLA as a Paralegal in December 2023, Kai has built a strong foundation in employment and workplace relations law, developing a practical understanding of the challenges faced by employers. Following the completion of his university studies in 2025, he commenced full-time with the firm as an Associate.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in International Business) and a Bachelor of Laws. He is currently undertaking a Diploma of Legal Practice and intends to seek admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in late 2026.

Outside of work, he plays semi-professional football in the NPL NSW competition and is passionate about sport and fitness.
