Lara Trenchev

Prior to joining ABLA in early 2025, Lara worked as a HR Advisor at CatholicCare Sydney, where she contributed to the development and review of policies and procedures, oversaw disciplinary processes, and provided advice on legislative interpretation. Lara has extensive experience in the care and support sectors, including aged care, social work, and disability services. 

Lara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Human Resources, and is in the final stages of completing a Master of Labour Law and Relations. Her approach blends practical experience with an objective application of employment law, delivering balanced outcomes for both employers and employees.

Lara is fluent in Bulgarian.
