Fiona has led the Workplace Advice Unit since June 2010, bringing over three decades of experience across industrial relations, human resources, and business management. Fiona previously worked as an Industrial Relations Advisor with the Federal Government, where she honed her skills in navigating complex employment issues.

In addition to her government experience, Fiona has owned and operated a successful family business for over 20 years and has gained extensive HR management experience working with leading Sydney law firms.

Fiona has a long-standing interest in industrial relations and her expertise lies in helping businesses of all sizes resolve employment challenges with practical, tailored solutions. Her tertiary study in Human Resource Management further strengthens her ability to deliver advice that aligns with each business's unique needs.
