Katie has almost a decade of experience in employment and industrial relations law, across both Australia and the UK. 

Her expertise ranges across advising clients in a broad range of employment matters, including contracts, performance and capability management, workplace grievances, redundancy processes, underpayments and discrimination claims.

She has represented employers in mediations, conferences, jurisdictional objections, negotiations and hearing preparation, consistently securing commercially sound and legally robust outcomes.

Her experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Fair Work Ombudsman, Queensland Industrial Registry, BMC Civil Registry and the County Court of Victoria (Commercial Division).

Katie is known for her strong communication style and her ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, priorities and challenges, ensuring her advice is both practical and tailored to their needs.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws in Law with Spanish (LLB) (Honours) completed in 2017 and a Master of Science in Law, Business & Management (LPC MSc), completed in 2020.
