Over the past months, much of Australia has dealt with the impact of environmental catastrophes, causing hardship on communities, individuals and businesses alike.  With many employees unable to work their normal hours due to evacuations, loss of property, health risks, taking care of families or bravely volunteering to help where they can, businesses need to review and evolve how they manage their employees during these trying times.
