Government introduces further Fair Work changes
The Federal Government has today introduced further Fair Work changes impacting FWC proceedings, road transport contractor dismissals & supported multi-bargaining.
Employers must be prepared to handle a number of different types of behaviour when managing employee performance, from underperformance right through to serious misconduct.
