Focus should now turn to real workplace reforms
Since the return of the Federal Coalition government last year, the government’s industrial relations reform agenda initially focused on trying to pass its ‘union focussed’ legislation. The proposed Ensuring Integrity Bill and the Proper Use of Worker Benefits Bill would have increased transparency and governance requirements within registered organisations.
